«Это ложь!»: Родителям балашовской школы с лучшими юнармейцами угрожают отзывом лицензии

A public meeting for parents took place on 4 февраля at School №9 in Балашов, Саратовская область. Attendees included the district leadership, specifically the head of the district, Михаил Захаров, and his deputies. Parents of the schoolchildren later shared details about the meeting and its outcomes with "Взгляд-инфо", как пишет "Взгляд-инфо".

The new principal, Денис Кособрюхов, presented a report on the school"s performance over the previous academic year. Он emphasized what he considered low educational achievements. This assessment provoked strong indignation among both the teachers and parents present, who believed the statement to be false.

However, participants pointed out that School №9 had achieved notable successes just in the past year. Among these achievements were two leading student classes, the designation of the region"s top "юнармеец", and the "юнармейский" squad "Сыны Отечества" securing its third consecutive victory at the forum of "юнармейских" detachments.

Furthermore, all graduates from the most recent year successfully enrolled in higher educational institutions, with three choosing military professions. Students from the school have also achieved victories in various national and regional competitions.

A significant accomplishment mentioned was the former principal Андрей Рыжков"s victory in the national presidential competition "Россия - страна возможностей". The school"s staff also regularly takes part in various community clean-ups, campaigns, and events.

Parents and teachers expressed concern that these accomplishments seemed to be ignored or dismissed.

Николай Подкорытов, атаман Балашовского станичного казачьего общества, выступил в поддержку учебного заведения. Он выразил недоумение по поводу такой несправедливой оценки многолетней работы школы в области патриотического воспитания.

"Это лучшие кадеты, на них равняется вся страна, мне звонят и спрашивают, как можно перенять опыт." - говорит он.

"Все эти безобразные и унизительные собрания, которые проводит глава и его заместители, просто дискредитируют работу партии. Мы - единственные в стране благодаря Вячеславу Викторовичу Володину - получили возможность бесплатно кормить детей в садиках и школах. А во что это превращают местные чиновники?. В цирк?" - возмутился один из педагогов.

The most significant moment of the meeting was when district head Михаил Захаров declared that the school"s license might be revoked. This development would jeopardize the education of more than 600 students. When questioned about the regional government"s awareness of such prospects, Захаров confirmed they were informed. After about ninety minutes, the district head promptly departed, bringing the meeting to an end, according to participants.

Earlier, a criminal investigation was initiated in Балашов concerning school catering. The case, under Part 1, Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, addresses the provision of services that do not meet health safety standards for consumers.

ООО "Ваша сервисная компания", registered in Ейск, Краснодарский край, was responsible for organizing meals for schoolchildren in the district center. At present, the legal proceedings are focused on the facts of the case, rather than on specific individuals.

The widespread scandal originated when the районная администрация, including its head Михаил Захаров лично, attempted to assign blame for the inadequate food arrangements at School №9 to its principal, Андрей Рыжков.

The principal of the school was dismissed abruptly at the employer"s initiative, despite the fact that the responsibility for student meals lay with the municipality and the new catering provider, ООО "Ваша сервисная компания". This company had supplied products of questionable quality to educational institutions and failed to resolve staffing and financial matters with the kitchen personnel.

The situation in Балашов also gained national attention, with a report broadcast on NTV at the end of января.

NTV reporters highlighted the high regard in which the dismissed principal was held by the school"s teachers, technical staff, and parents. The journalists detailed Андрей Рыжков"s substantial contributions to the development of the educational institution, which he had led for over two decades. They also corroborated reports of substandard food being provided to the students.

When speaking to NTV, district head Захаров stated that the former principal allegedly received three reprimands during the last year. However, Рыжков himself informed journalists that he was never notified about these disciplinary actions.

Meanwhile, an inspection conducted by Роспотребнадзор confirmed serious violations of Sanitary Rules and Regulations (СанПиН) in the organization of school catering in Балашов.

Sanitary specialists discovered coliform bacteria in environmental samples and in ready-to-eat dishes. The caloric content of the examined lunch was found to be reduced, with deviations of 9.5% for proteins, 8.8% for carbohydrates, 7.1% for fats, and 8.0% for overall energy value. Furthermore, the butter provided failed to comply with the safety requirements outlined in the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
